Homematic IP Keypad HmIP-WKP

The Homematic IP Keypad HmIP-WKP is the ideal complement to the door lock drive: instead of a key or app, you control your front door with a numeric code. Open, lock, unlock, all at the touch of a button.

More than just door control

• Controls the front door via numeric code
• In combination with other Homematic IP devices it also switches lighting, opens the garage door or activates alarm mode
• Thanks to a proximity sensor, the keypad illuminates automatically as you approach

Flexible code assignment

Via the Homematic IP app you set up to eight access codes, permanent or time-limited. That way you assign individual codes to family, friends or service providers and keep your keys to yourself.

Certified security

• Four- to eight-digit codes, tamper contact and encrypted communication
• Every code entry is logged; too many incorrect entries trigger an automatic lockout
• Secure wireless communication with the door lock drive

Installation

The keypad is mounted on the exterior wall with the included mounting material and works entirely without cables.
