Right of Withdrawal / Right of Cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, or to cancel this contract, within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,
- in the case of a purchase contract for a single item of goods: on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods;
- in the case of a purchase contract for several items of goods that you ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately: on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods;
- in the case of a purchase contract for goods delivered in several partial consignments or pieces: on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece.

by means of a clear declaration, for example a letter or e-mail, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose; however, this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your withdrawal via the online cancellation function provided in the web shop. If you use this function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium, for example by e-mail.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
This does not apply to additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees on account of this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier point in time.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
In particular, the right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for goods that are manufactured to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
The right of withdrawal likewise does not exist for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery.
In the case of digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal may expire early if we have begun performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires and you have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon the commencement of performance.
These exclusions apply only insofar as they are legally applicable in the specific individual case.
