The Homematic IP Window and Door Contact HmIP-SWDM reliably monitors the opening and closing of windows and doors and is part of the Homematic IP smart home system.
Energy Saving and Security
In combination with a radiator thermostat, the contact lowers your energy consumption and alerts you to unauthorised access via the free Homematic IP app – even while you're on the go. This means it can also be used for security applications.
Easy Setup and Use
Setup is carried out easily via the Homematic IP app. Double-sided adhesive strips and matching screws for secure mounting are included in the scope of delivery.
Long Battery Life
Two LR03 batteries power the sensor for up to four years.
