The Homematic IP Underfloor Heating Actuator controls up to 12 motorized actuators for precise and energy-efficient regulation of the indoor climate. Unlike thermal actuators, it allows for precise regulation of the flow rate, eliminating the need for hydraulic balancing.

The low power consumption of 0.2 watts per heating circuit helps save energy. The actuator automatically adjusts the valve position and displays it on an illuminated screen. It supports custom temperature schedules with up to 13 changes per day across 6 heating profiles.

Tool-free installation is achieved using reverse-polarity-protected plug-in connectors. The actuator is compatible with water-based underfloor heating systems and requires a Homematic IP Access Point, a CCU2/CCU3, or partner solutions.
