Homematic IP Starter Kit: Smoke Detector

The Homematic IP Starter Set includes an access point and three smoke detectors. The access point connects to the internet and enables control via the free smartphone app. The smoke detectors communicate with each other, so that if there is a fire hazard in one room, all detectors sound the alarm. They feature LED emergency lighting and a battery that lasts up to 10 years. Setup is quick and easy via the app, and up to 40 smoke detectors can be added. Other Homematic IP products for lighting control, alarm notification, and heating control can also be easily integrated.
