The Homematic IP Presence Detector HmIP-SPI detects motion up to 7 m away within a detection angle of 105° and switches your light on automatically.

Light exactly when you need it

The built-in twilight sensor makes sure the light only switches on when it's actually needed. The detector also works reliably at high temperatures.

Protected against tampering

A built-in tamper contact alerts you as soon as someone tries to tamper with the detector.

Easy to mount, long in use

Ceiling mounting is straightforward with screws and wall plugs. The two LR6 batteries last up to two years.
