The Homematic IP alarm siren offers reliable acoustic and visual alarm notifications in the smart home system. It signals burglaries with two powerful piezo loudspeakers and striking LEDs in a weather-resistant housing (IP44).

The siren is triggered by motion detectors or window/door contacts and functions even without an internet connection or access point. A tamper contact triggers the alarm in case of attempted dismantling.

The siren is powered by a solar cell and buffer battery, allowing installation in hard-to-reach locations. The battery also ensures operation at night and can be charged via a micro-USB port if needed.
