Scope of the Warranty: This warranty covers only defects in workmanship and materials that occur under normal conditions of use. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the end customer and is limited to three years.
Warranty Claim: In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Smart@Home will, at its sole discretion, either repair the product or replace it with an equivalent product. The decision regarding the method of remedy rests with Smart@Home.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by improper handling, accidents, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, improper installation or maintenance, modifications, use for purposes other than those intended, or external causes such as natural disasters.
Warranty Procedure: To file a warranty claim, please contact Smart@Home Customer Service using the contact information provided above. Please have your proof of purchase or other supporting documentation ready to verify the purchase date and product identification.
Other Terms: This warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Smart@Home be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
