Homematic IP Wired Floor Heating Actuator

The Homematic IP Wired Underfloor Heating Actuator controls 6 or 10 heating zones for convenient regulation of the underfloor heating system. It enables efficient heating or cooling through constant water flow control, which optimizes the utilization of the heating system.

Multiple actuators can be installed in a home. Connecting them to the Homematic IP Multi IO Box allows you to control the boiler and switch between heating and cooling. Thanks to plug-in and terminal block connection technology, screwless installation is possible. Some heating zones are designed for two heating circuits.

Installation is simple and can be done on a DIN rail or on the wall. Operation requires a Homematic IP Wired Access Point and can be controlled via the CCU3 or third-party solutions. Configuration is also possible directly on the Wired wall thermostat.
