Homematic IP Weather Sensor – Basic HmIP-SWO-B

The Homematic IP Weather Sensor Basic is part of the Homematic IP smart home system and reliably and accurately measures outdoor temperature, humidity, wind speed, light intensity, and duration of sunshine. Weather data is conveniently displayed via the free Homematic IP app. In addition, the weather data can also be used to trigger actions. For example, the roller shutters can be raised in strong winds, or an awning can be automatically extended when the sun is shining. In combination with other Homematic IP components, countless other scenarios are possible. Thanks to its independent battery power supply and proven, secure wireless technology, the weather sensor can be installed without laying additional cables.
