Homematic IP Universal Switch Actuator

The mains-powered Homematic IP Universal Switching Actuator controls controlled residential ventilation systems (CRV) and analog dimmers in the smart home system. You can conveniently control the actuator and set up time profiles using the Homematic IP app. The actuator features a switching output with a 0–10 V interface for electronic ballasts or CRV systems.

In addition, a device such as a dimmer can be connected to the 1–10 V interface. When used with a Homematic IP wireless push button, the actuator allows for quick ventilation at the touch of a button. Time profiles automatically adjust the ventilation to save energy and reduce noise. Connected devices can be completely de-energized, which saves energy.

The actuator can be easily mounted on the wall or in the drop ceiling using screws and anchors. The switch actuator is no longer compatible with the CCU2.
