Homematic IP Actuator

The Homematic IP actuator provides stepless, motorized control of underfloor heating valves for precise regulation of the indoor climate. It enables exact regulation of the flow rate, which increases boiler efficiency and reduces electricity costs by up to 50%.

The proven drive technology ensures precise valve control, with the system automatically detecting valve position and stroke. Control is handled by the Homematic IP floor heating actuator in combination with a wall-mounted thermostat.

The actuator can be installed without tools using a snap-on mount and fits standard valves (M30 x 1.5 mm). Adapters for other valve types are available. Operation requires the Homematic IP Access Point, a CCU2/CCU3, or partner solutions.
